Information about the Road and Traffic project and associated meetings, minutes, emails and documents are provided here. The report and documents are for the period 2024 and 2025. See also the Traffic Management Proposals at https://bishopslydeardparishcouncil.gov.uk/traffic-management-proposals/

The following tow documents should be read first:

1. Road and Traffic Overview

This shows diagrams of the project lifecycle and where we are in the project.

2. Road and Traffic Information Report

This document is important to the understanding of the project in terms of documents received and sent, invoices, emails and meetings held.

Summary of information provided

Invoices provided as follows:

1  Item 3 – TPA Invoice 016188, dated 31 January 2024 for the Preparation and issue of Handover Report; Packaging and issue of detailed designs. Cost – £1,660.00 excluding VAT.

2. Item 17 – Somerset Council Invoice 30103524, dated 11 March 2025 for traffic calming scheme initial review (included the RSA 1 and Technical Design Review of the TPA Detailed Designs. Cost – £8,509.00 excluding VAT.

3. Item 18 – MN004280 Bishops Lydeard Design Developed Brief issue to PC and Item 20 – Signed Developed Brief, dated 13 March 2025 for next stage. Cost – £12,506.00. Invoice not yet received.
