Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service have launched a consultation to gain feedback on proposed changes to the way that they respond to Fire Alarms. Click the link above to see how you can respond.

The Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service responded to an average of 16 false alarms every day last
year due to automatic fire alarms.

‘Right Response’ proposed changes to response to automatic fire alarms

They encourage you to fully read the proposals and provide clear comments about how each of the options would affect you or people you know or represent, whether you perceive that to be a positive or adverse impact.

You can tell us what you think about the options using an online survey.

The consultation will be open for 12 weeks, until midday on Wednesday 9 April 2025.
